We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Shipping times and rates will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Apparel Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with tags attached.
Standard Embroidered and Sun Hats: Can be returned or exchanged as long as they are unworn, unaltered, and have original tags.
Custom Hats (patch, embroidered, bulk): Final sale — no returns or exchanges accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
